Production Descriptions

The front and rear guard plates and the middle guard plate are made of 304 stainless steel, 

CNC bending process, and the surface is manually drawn.

The side panels are made of imported nylon. Front and rear guards:

Made of 1.7MM 304 stainless steel with 8 nickel black screws for installation. Middle guard:

Made of 0.7MM 304 stainless steel, with 3M adhesive on the back, 

clean the surface of the installation surface of the shield, and paste the shield in place. Side guard:

Made of 0.65MM stainless steel with 8 nickel black screws for installation. Product manual:

Due to the large proportion of XMAXX models, higher strength guard plates are required for protection.

 In the design process, three different thicknesses of stainless steel of 1.3mm, 1.7mm and 2.0mm.2.5mm were tested.

The front and rear guards are made of 1.7mm 304 stainless steel under the premise of ensuring strength and minimizing weight.

During the test, it was found that the position of the middle guard plate was more smashed and there was no severe impact,

 so the middle guard plate was made of 0.7 mm stainless steel.

XMAXX’s own weight is already very large, so armor minimizes weight. 

The side guards are made of 2mm imported nylon, which reduces the weight by 86% compared to stainless steel. Installation Notes:

Install the middle guard first, then install the front and rear guards.

Remove the original screws from the front and rear guards and install them with the screws.

The side guards can be installed with screws or with double-sided tape.
