Adjustment Instructions:
- Voltage adjustment is done via a blue potentiometer.
- Rotate clockwise to increase voltage, counterclockwise to decrease.

- If output voltage is stuck at input voltage level, turn the potentiometer counterclockwise for at least 20 turns.
